Introduction
The workshop is designed to equip students with the following skills:

• Develop more effective student leaders
• Develop presentation, executing and mentoring skills
• Able to apply skills in leadership projects
• Foster team spirit
• Instill resilience, risk taking, leading to change, problem solving and tolerance for cultural and racial differences in student leaders
