“Stay safe and happy” Cyber wellness programme
Introduction
To provide participants with an insight on staying safe and enjoying oneself healthily on cyberspace.
Total number of Trainers: 1 per class of 40 or less students.
Format of entire programme: Pep talk, role plays and discussions.
Participants will learn:
- Balanced lifestyle when using internet
- Dangers of online gaming addiction
- Issues dealing with copyright over the internet
- How to discern information on the net
- How to deal with internet addiction
- Ways to enjoy oneself healthily over the net

- How to be an ethical/good internet user
50 minutes – Group game/discussion
- How to deal with internet gaming addiction/ How to discern information on the net

- A safe and wholesome cyber world
