“Present without fear” Public Speaking Workshop
Introduction
The workshop is designed to equip participants with the following skills:
- To develop students’ basic techniques for public speaking
- To develop students’ confidence in delivering presentation & to perform in front of a large audience on various Topics
- To enhance students’ desire to share and present ideas
- To develop basic voice skills & presentation etiquette in order to be an effective presenter/speaker.
Main Programme Style
Lecture, games, mock competition and role plays with self-reflection and group sharing.

- Language tone to use in different situations/audience
- Effective use of body language
- Key words to use to engage the audience attention
- Overcoming fear of speaking in groups
- Effective use of visuals: When to use and when not to use?
- Building rapport with audience
