Introduction

The highly competitive economic climate forces companies to maintain high levels of productivity which is achieved by keeping full-time staff to a minimum and expecting them to multitask. The result is an overall increase in workload. In addition, increments and bonuses are now tied directly to work performance. To excel in such an atmosphere it is necessary to get maximum done in minimum time while maintaining accuracy and reliability. Meanwhile, with the two-income family now the norm, working adults also have to cope with family responsibilities. Hence, achieving Work-Life Balance to ensure adequate time and energy for both work and family responsibilities has become increasingly challenging.   • Helping your employees overcome stress and job burn-out (or improving communications with employees)
  • Time Management Techniques

Workshop Objectives 

By the end of this workshop, participants would have:

  • Become convinced of the importance of Work-Life Balance in their own lives
  • Taken responsibility for their own Work-Life Balance and made new choices to match their life priorities
  • Examined how they can juggle their time and energy to honour their commitments to family, work and self more effectively to achieve healthier Work-Life Balance.

 

In addition to the training, as preparation and value add to the company, we will conduct pre-workshop customization (analyze company’s Work-life programmes, ascertain needs by interviewing HR officer overseeing the Work-Life functions.
