(i) The Business Case for Work-Life Strategy and Employee Needs Assessment
- Making the business case for work-life strategy;
- Introduction to the work-life options (including flexible work arrangements): benefits/ features and
- Employee needs assessment: in-depth training on the whole process of needs assessment including the various tools (design/ develop/ conduct surveys and focus interviews), how and what existing HR data/ records can be used; the marketing strategy in order to achieve maximum buy-in from employees; writing the reports and how to analyze the data collected
(ii) Implementing Work-Life Strategy
- Making the business case for work-life strategy;
- Work-life options (including flexible work arrangements): benefits/ features;
- Redesigning work to facilitate flexible work arrangements;
- Assessing the work-life needs of employees (using existing HR records/ data, surveys, focus groups, analyzing results, writing reports etc);
