Vision Care Workshop

IntroductionVision Care Workshop
First of all, a lot of eye problems in life are generally due to a loss of tone in the eye muscles. These muscles tend to become rigid, and the subsequent loss of elasticity decreases the ability of the lens of the eye to focus at different distances. It also results in weaker eyesight. Secondly, eye tension produces a general feeling of tension all over the body. This is due to the eye's connection to the brain via the optic nerve.

Vision care workshop tones up the eye muscles up and keep them elastic. If you already have eye problems when you start these exercises, you will find your eyesight improved within a few months.

Participants will learn:

  • The types of different eye problems and their symptoms
  • Tips on eye care
  • Effective exercises that can improve and strengthen eye muscles which in turn lead to more relaxed and better vision.
  • Examples of eye exercises taught are Swinging, Palming, Near Far Focusing, Eye Tatranka (eye yoga), Sunning and Chinese Eye massage.

Duration : 1 hour

Recommended class size : No more than 30

Voice Care Workshop

Introduction
The human voice consists of sound made by a human being using the vocal folds for talking, singing, laughing, crying, screaming, etc. Human voice is specifically that part of human sound production in which the vocal folds (vocal cords) are the primary sound source.

The goal of voice treatment is to ensure that the individual can do everything with his or her voice that he or she desires, with the desired quality. Often, because a pattern of less-than-optimal voice use has created the problem in the first place, the professional voice user is better off after therapy than before the problem was first noticed.

Participants will learn:
  • Relaxation exercise

  • Abdominal breathing

  • Vocal exercises (Yawn-sigh technique, Ahhh-Eee technique etc)

  • Sufficient hydration

  • Verdolini stretches (neck, tongue, jaw stretches)

Duration : 1 hour

Recommended class size :
No more than 30
