Individual Coaching and Therapy Sessions

1. Anger Management Therapy

This therapy session will explore the nature of anger and the role it can play in interpersonal relationships at home and at work if its energy is harnessed effectively. It will also identify effective strategies for managing anger.  Come and learn how to manageyour own anger as well as how to manage anger in others. 

2. Stress Management Therapy

This therapy session will examine the stress response in the human body to understand how it can disrupt our thoughts, emotions and behaviour and thus interfere both with family life and our work performance. Managing stress involves rising above daily challenges and frustrations so that it works for us rather than against us. Come and learn how to make stress-reducing lifestyle choices as well as effective stress-busting skills.

3. Overcoming Addictions and Phobias via hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often applied in order to modify a subject's behavior, emotional content, and attitudes, as well as a wide range of conditions including dysfunctional habits, anxiety, stress-related illness, pain management, and personal development.This self help session is open to anyone from the age of 21. No previous experience in hypnosis or hypnotherapy is required. Participants would learn the instant self-hypnosis technique and basic applications of self-hypnosis.

4. Massage therapy

Individualized massage session that includes different techniques such as Swedish, Sports, Reiki, Head, neck & shoulder and Shiatsu. Massage sessions can range between a 60 to 120 minutes per session.
